We have a reputation we are proud of and wish to expand upon. We are looking for a personable, energetic individual to fill an Account Director role. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction and retention across all services and systems. Whilst developing incremental income, expanding contacts and advocates across clients and networks. |

| The main Functions and Responsibilities of this role include: |
- To have responsibility & accountability for the delivery of client budgeted turnover & profit
- To develop a business plan which ensures profitable delivery of agreed current plans & the delivery of new business growth
- To develop strong relationships with senior decision makers & decision making units within each client, demonstrating a clear understanding of the hierarchy
- To ensure 2nd Byte represents the highest levels of performance, conduct, innovation & professionalism. Both internally & externally
